Shire of Druim Doineann February 2019 Call to order: 622PM Attending: Zachary Smith, Rebecca Ferns, Luke Groves, Jerrod Ferns Review old minutes: see previous month minutes Pull and ratify new officers: -Luke Groves: Marshall (Do to no one running against him, he is now our shire marshall witnessed by Zachary and Rebecca) Check with officers: -Marshall: Everything progressing, no practices as long as snow.  Once weather permitting, fighter practice at the pier 1st and 3rd weeks, practice at bell hill park in Sequim 2nd and 4th weeks, if a 5th week in that month, will be at pier. Undecided as to which day of the week. -Harold: not attending -Exchequer: Have not received new bank statements for the month, nothing to report Check with event stewards: Needs all event stewards to do the E.I.F form online through kingdoms calendar -Maypole: Zach Smith-waiting to hear back from kingdom for best policy to use for 501c3 groups.  Drama club from college, possible rai
