Taking Cordial invites to Barons Flyers for posting getting printed end of Month Wednesday folder flyers printed 2 weeks before event Event handouts printed by 2 weeks before event Money: Checking - 825.90 Savings - 2616.99 Maypole will cost 700 Birdhouses 150 Not enough to cover charges in checking account as we still need to reimburse a couple people. Reimbursements - about 193.75 total of about 1043.75 HSL: Kit has been doing a lot of work on it and it is coming together. Sit is the fairgrounds this year and will be secured after Maypole when there is more money in the account.
